Managed Workspace

Managed workspace is a concept that is ex[periencing rapid innovation.

Workspace for travelling or mobile individuals is called hotdesking, or presenting on a club basis as a business lounge. In these cases the customer is a non-resident. The same service applies to Virtual Office customers who use the centre as an accomodation address and as a support and admin facility.

Operators are also experimenting with concepts with outpost centres such as MicroCentres. These are serviced by an adjacent business centre, including the infrastructure. If done properly, costs can be kept very low.

Other managed workspace includes workshops or artisan space.
