Medusa Remote User Access released

Remote User provides both end users and administratorswith a method of accessing their networks without adding hardware. Remote User uses the popular PPTP Virtual Private Network found on nearly every PC, MAC and most handheld devices (IPhone, Android, Symbian devices).

The benefit is that a user can be connected to their home equipment in seconds with just the issue of a username and password from the Medusa screens,

Administrators can use Remote User to manage their Medusas from anywhere.

More advanced applications include using Remote User to connect VoIP calls to a centre's telephone switch.
