Medusa WiFi reaches record at London Fashion Week

More than 2900 simultaneous WiFi users at Somerset House

WiFi users are spread all over the former royal palace during this week - nearly 3000 of them. Most of these are visitors with smart phones and IPads. Among that group be the hugely influential fashion bloggers and professional journalists contributing to publications and twitter feeds.

There's a real time TV live stream of runway shows to the whole world. There's an exhibition area and of course the event administration. And most of all, the cameramen and women who, at the end of each show, download their shots to newspapers and agencies. Canon, the event's photographic sponsor, even has a bus for them.

Put together that's 60 Mbps of Internet feed delivered to the world by Medusa and Medusa WiFi.
