In the UK and Ireland, we offer a fixed price model which allows you to maximise your investment without penalty.

For most systems you have a choice of either a capital purchase and fixed annual SLA, or if you prefer a 3 year-rental contract.

The fully supported Medusa Server system equates to a cost of £2 per user/month for a 150 seat centre, and a Mini Medusa for around £1/user.

Your Internet costs will typically be £1/user for multi-circuit DSL cemntres and £4/user for Ethernet circuits.

If you opt for converged voice and data, your cabling fit-out costs may save £10,000 per 10,000 sq feet, which can equate to £2/month per company on a typical floor plan. What's more, convergence reduces your harwdare costs by £3k.

So with our model, you can safely plan for there are no surprises.
