Patchless
PatchlessTM is a unqiue development by PBL Medusa providing the industry with a simple, non-technical, method to control wall drops and suites. Patchless has a database of every outlet and you decide who gets what service and which ports.
Every socket in the suite can now do a range of tasks – voice handsets, network ports, private networks, and more. Your customer just decides where, you allocate and then click. You can even link customer equipment in comms rooms to their suites.
Cable once – and never patch again.

A Medusa database holds the location and ID of every socket in the building under management. These sockets are patched one time only during installation.
Medusa Admin screens determine the function and ownership of the socket. Dops/sockets in suites are managed from the Suite Management menu. Thus a simple drop down box can change the ownership and function of any socket.

PatchlessTM options works with supported VLAN switches. Patchless converged voice + data works on both PoE and data switches.
