Serviced Office Space is the classic offer, known as Business Centres and Executive Office Suites. Medusa drops in to any space and instantly creates a working, serviced environment.
This space is for companies, usually fully resident. In Europe there is no real average location - Medusa is installed in locations that range from 5000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. In the USA the typical tower floor plan is around 20,000 sq ft, with 80 companies.
Each company has a number of workstations which are networked securely and standalone, with Internet, common printing and other services. Optionally there may be converged voice (telephony) as well over the network or voice may be provided.
Each company needs a range of network services to operate. Equally the operator needs to monitor usage, offer optional features, and control performance in rder to make revenue and control costs.
Use Medusa Server for control of both offices and workstations, combine rooms and allocate drops.
Use Medusa Mini to supply just one network/Internet port per office.
