With Medusa, we keep your system uptodate, both for security and functionality. In fact, if someone has a good idea for enhancing Medusa, pretty soon all Medusa operators get the benefit. Our original customers from 2000 have the same systems as this year's new customers. What else can you say that about?

If you build your infrastructure from boxes, pretty soon you'll have to replace some or all of them.

What you can't replace is the person who builds a custom infrastructure out of boxes. When they move on, you have to pay for someone else to learn your system. Almost certainly they'll have different ideas, as well.

Should your hardware fails (and most hardware dies eventually) we just move your configuration to a brand new Medusa.
